Absolutely wonderful service from Willow, not only an absolutely bright and inviting smile but great knowledge of the area both residential and surrounding. She was a great help for all my questions and needs and really changed my experience with front desk workers in a positive light after my previous experiences with my past apartment searches. She is absolutely amazing and if you have the opportunity ask for her you will not regret it.

My daughter is looking for an apartment. We went on an apartment search yesterday. Visited 6 apartment complexes. City Parc at Fry Street was one of them. Jackson gave us a tour of the complex and was very helpful at responding at all the questions we had. The place was very clean and we were very impressed with all it has to offer. We chose to apply and my daughter is very excited. Thank you Jackson, you were great.

Great place to live for UNT students very close to campus and the bars on fry street. They plan fun events semi frequently and never had any maintenance issues. Office workers were always friendly and easy to communicate with, especially Ash and Michael. Only docked a star as the price can be a bit exorbitant, though given the location it may be worth for some individuals.

Lived here for a year. Overall, it's not awful, but nothing amazing. Heavy dependence on if you get good roommates or not.

PROS:
- Location to campus
- Nice amenities
- Decent units
- Maintenance is great !

CONS:
- Upon move in there were errors on the offices part for my move in, which took too long to fix.
- They hardly ever clean the hallways, so they become filthy, filled with cigarettes and trash.
- the wifi is HORRIBLE
- They don't tow which is problem when someone parks in your covered parking spot that you PAY for.
- unexplained charges for utilities.
- The sprinklers are way too powerful and often flood walk ways.
